What devices do you provide cases for?
We offer a wide range of premium cases for all major smartphone models, including the latest iPhone series, Samsung Galaxy S and Note series, OnePlus, and Google Pixel devices.
How long does shipping take within India?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can also choose to pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking for faster processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange policy if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging.
Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?
Most of our slim and shockproof cases are fully compatible with Qi-standard wireless charging. However, some heavy-duty armor cases with metal plates may need to be removed before charging.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to our logistics partner's portal to monitor your delivery status.
